breakfast recipe is a tasty time-saver. Turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and
melted cheese at under 300 calories per
serving!
Ingredients
- ½ (16-ounce) package Lean Turkey Breakfast Sausage Roll - Mild
- 1½
cups egg substitute or 6 eggs, scrambled
- 6
tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6
tablespoons salsa
- 6 whole wheat tortillas
- Step 1: Cook turkey sausage as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Add scrambled eggs, cheese and salsa. Stir to combine.
- Step 2: Heat tortillas according to package directions.
Spoon egg mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; roll up.
